Hyper-V VMs: Age of oldest Checkpoint

This checks queries a Microsoft Hyper-V Server via an agent plug-in (hyperv_vms_guestinfos.ps1). It returns for each VM a list of Checkpoints (Snapshots) and the age using pickyback. Leves for WARN and CRIT can be set using Wato.
