F5 Big-IP: Show Failover States of all vCMP Guests Running on a vCMP Host

The check queries the MIB tables of F5 BIG-IP loadbalancers (local traffic managers) to identify the failover status of every vCMP guest running on a vCMP host. The service is informational, no parameters are used or configurable.
