If you configured the global setting "Bulk discovery" with the mode "Only discover new host labels" in 2.2, the update to 2.3 failed with an error like "cmk.gui.exceptions.MKUserError: Automatic rediscovery parameter {param} not implemented".

This setting will now be migrated correctly on update.
